Payal Patel is a highly qualified therapist, who has over 20 years of high level of experience working at well renowned clinics in London and in the USA. Payal has worked with a number of celebrities and high profile clients, and truly understands the importance and care that goes into delivering to each patient. She trained under and worked closely with Dr Rakus for over 10 years and is returning to the clinic following her senior therapist role at the Galen Clinic.
Payal specialises in various non surgical treatments such as Sofwave, Morpheus 8, EMface and other result driven treatments – focusing on building a strong foundation for your skin, then layering in advanced technologies to achieve the best possible results. She has a keen eye for maintaining a youthful appearance and loves using the latest technologies we use here at the clinic.

Vicky Dorfman has been an aesthetics practitioner and beauty therapist for over 25 years. Vicky is skilled at all our device-based treatments and has studied Nursing to advance her knowledge and enable her to perform more advanced techniques.
Ksenia started her training as a beauty therapist, but quickly realised her true potential and is a fully qualified Registered Nurse with over 18 years of clinical experience in the field of beauty, aesthetics and wellness. Ksenia is a highly skilled injector and enjoys regenerative medicine.
She is renowned for her subtle yet refined results and is passionate about a holistic approach to ageing. She believes that natural beauty starts from within and has a strong passion for optimising health holistically by adding therapies, such as IV and Ozone Therapy. Most of her anti-ageing protocols are combined with IV therapy to enhance her patients’ natural beauty. Her style is about natural-looking ‘tweakments’ and seeking to restore confidence by helping patients look like the best version of themselves – healthy, rested and rejuvenated – not frozen or over-done.
At the moment, she is finishing her prescribing course which will give her invaluable advantage in her aesthetic journey to improve patient safety practice and focus further on patient-centred care.
